Neil explained the significance of generating links in a website to achieve higher rankings in search engine results. This was one of the key takeaways from Neil’s discussion.

Neil further mentioned that in today’s competitive marketing environment — By simply creating great content is not enough, you need to focus on building a strong network of links on your website.

He pointed out important hardships faced by small businesses regarding their online visibility because they find it difficult to compete with big companies online. While artificial intelligence is vigorously taking human space in content creation, Patel cautioned not to solely depend upon it.

He emphasized that AI cannot fully replace human work and effort like experience, expertise, and authority as it generally requires a human touch. AI can truly assist you in generating content and identifying relevant keywords but it requires deep training and machine learning which again ironically requires human interference.

Neil cited this with an amazing example — “The Google search engine is a household of billions of relevant and irrelevant information. Therefore while training these types of LLM models let’s say ChatGPT, were fetched with both types of information.

So here arises a risk of wrong and irrelevant generation of info

“So how will we create fully legitimate content? And we can’t fully blame it because the model will generate according to its trained data, right?”

Thus human creativity and critical thinking will remain always essential for creating high-quality content that will match the taste of the audience.

Neil also introduced a free SEO tool known as uber suggest. It was personally developed by him.

Ubersuggest provides valuable insights for keyboard research and competitive analysis. It helps businesses to identify profitable keywords and determine their difficulty, volume, competition, and much more. It serves as a valuable resource for marketers in optimizing their SEO strategies and improving their website’s search engine visibility.

According to Patel, they bought Ubersuggest for $120000 and spent millions to modify and improve it.

4) Keyword Research and SEO tips

Neil Patel shared some of the most powerful and latest tips related to SEO and keyword research.

· He suggested — look for those keywords which have over 1000 searches in a month but you must keep in mind that ranking number 1 doesn’t guarantee 1000 clicks on your website.

· He pointed out an important mistake that many marketers do- not being consistent with their content, and not updating their old content, for example, let’s take Wikipedia whose website always comes at the top of search results every time- this is because they always update their content regularly.

· Patel also discussed the importance of combining SEO with paid search marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing, so that businesses can make each channel profitable and successful.

5) Global expansion by targeting less competitive markets

Another master tip that Patel recommended to grow your businesses globally is to target the audience of the countries like France and India.

These non-English language countries present excellent growth opportunities due to relatively lower competitive markets.
