My writing style used to consist of big bunch of paragraphs that looked like a college assignment or project until I wrote these 5 articles that transformed the way I write, forever.

These are some of my top-performing pieces so far that didn’t rely on external shares like posting on different FB groups or repurposing on platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter

The views these articles gained were solely depended upon their quality.

Well, note this, I haven’t categorized these articles based on their performance metrics like claps, highlights, and views,

Each article carries its own different story.

OpenAI is really making our lives miserable.

One of my best-researched articles that I wrote on Medium, and a personal favourite.

It was the time when GPT-4 had just been released and everybody was buzzing about it, you know, the March-April timeline (the golden era for AI discussions)

I used to create in-depth articles on AI topics, so I thought it would be great to milk some content out of it.

Later on, re-reading the article by myself, I couldn’t believe that I crafted such a high-quality piece. It is worth a read, I’m sure you’ll love it.

How to learn prompt engineering in 2023

Prompt engineering is an emerging field in AI that I believe will play a significant role in the future.

Presently, many websites and even Chrome extensions feature powerful prompting tools that help newcomers create powerful prompts.

Here’s the story, while surfing the web I stumbled upon the term “Prompt Engineering”.

It was a hot topic in the AI world at that time, Google was full of Prompt Engineering news articles, all claiming how AI can provide new job opportunities.

Before writing this piece, I had outlined it entirely in my mind

You will not believe it

I was thrilled to find that the finished article was 90% identical to the outline I had envisioned.

Google Bard and Bing Chat: The 2 popular controversial chatbots

Well, what should I say about this, my entire day was spent doing research, taking notes, and outlining this article,

It’s probably the longest piece I’ve made over the past 7 months on Medium and it surpasses the two 2 mentioned above in terms of quality.

Basically, my plan was to create an article on the same topic as others (tbh, my entire medium feed was full of these 2 chatbots’ comparisons (which one’s better?) but with a unique perspective.

While everyone was busy praising these 2 chatbot features, I took a different approach by presenting their weaknesses and flaws (not criticizing though).

It was fun to write, taking an entire day from morning to evening, fully packed with facts and resources.

How I learned to generate stunning images on mid-journey by following this simple 3-step prompt crafting framework

This article required a significant amount of time and effort, and it outperformed the previous three in terms of organic (internal) views

It had easily surpassed 100 views within 2 days

It was the 1st time, that every reader saved my work, into their list, every day, a new reader came across my article and instead of reading, they always saved it to read it later.

I think, I choose a click-worthy title.

It’s been months and I have no idea how many views it has now. I recall it was around 150 last time I checked.

Why Medium is not made for me

Well, there’s nothing much to say about this article, it is a kind of shit post you can say, that I wrote when I was out of content ideas,

It entails the struggles I face as a student, managing my academic life with my writing life.

I must say writing personal stories, was a great idea, people are really relating them with my article.

I’m planning to pen down my life’s personal views and thoughts in this platform as according to the new algorithm it may sound more human than those technical articles, I guess.

Let’s wrap up

So (sighs)

These are my top 5 favorite pieces that I love the most, each represents a different story,

Some reflect the hard work I poured into crafting them while others are just my thoughts when I face writer’s block.

Please read each of them as I want views 😂😅.

Oh, another thing, as always today, I was again out of content ideas, but Medium helped me find one (I’ll disclose it later).

For now, let’s end this here, enough self-promotion, my eyes are really cursing me now, oh it’s already morning, time to go to bed.

Bye guys! peace out. 🤦‍♀️
