Why am saying this

It will prevent large volumes of spam

People who comnt- nice,thankyou, great will be now restricted within a certain limit

If I told you mine 😅, in one day, If I spend my whole day on medium, I can hardly cmnt 10-15 times

Because, Comments really tell how a reader feels about the piece of an author's

There are some nibbis who were told

Yeah ☺️! If you comnt on a large scale your reach will increase at a rocket speed

All are false

Yeah, reach increases, but how? do you know, people will only follow you - so where's your engagement reach gone ? Your article's reach ?
The awareness that you're an author on this platform, where it will be ?

All will be down - i believe if there is less number comments through your profile suppose 10 , 15 only , it is far better than those 100s of generic comments.

I've also lived those days where people constanly followed me where I've closed my commenting upto 1 week 🫠
